For group events, consent forms will be provided to all attending parents or guardians at the start of the event. If any parent/guardian does not consent, we will ensure their child is excluded from all photography or videography.

3.2. Internal Use:

With consent, images or videos may be used for internal training purposes to help improve our services.

3.3. No Unauthorised Sharing:

Images or videos will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties without explicit consent from the parent or guardian.

3.4 Received Media

Any photographs or videos posted on social media or sent to Pixie Dust Entertainment may be used for marketing purposes. The Client agrees to only forward or share photographs or videos of children where explicit consent has been given by the parent/guardian. Pixie Dust Entertainment accepts no responsibility for any media shared with us in this manner and subsequently used for marketing purposes where consent has not been obtained by the sender.

‍4. Storage of Photographs and Videos

4.1. Secure Storage:

All digital images or videos will be stored securely on password-protected devices or encrypted storage systems. Physical copies (if any) will be stored in a locked location.

4.2. Retention Period:

Images or videos will only be stored for the duration necessary for their intended purpose. Once they are no longer needed, they will be securely deleted or destroyed.

4.3. Access Restriction:

Access to photographs or videos is restricted to authorised Pixie Dust Entertainment personnel only.

5.1. Appropriate Content:

All photographs and videos will depict children in a respectful and appropriate manner. Under no circumstances will images that could be deemed exploitative or inappropriate be taken or used.

Parents or guardians may withdraw their consent at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon receiving such a request, any existing images or videos of their child will be removed from our platforms and deleted from our storage.

6.1. Parents and guardians attending events are welcome to take photographs of their own children. However, they are reminded to respect the privacy of other attendees and avoid photographing other children without prior consent from their parents or guardians.

7.1. Any breach of this policy by Pixie Dust Entertainment personnel will result in immediate investigation and corrective action.
